ghee/butter-10 gms
garlic- 2 pods
besan -30 gms
green chilli(as per taste)

Boil and squeeze out the extra water from soya.
grind garlic, chilli, soya.
add finely chopped spinach leaves to the above mixture
add besan
heat tawa, take out a portion of the mixture and flatten it ok the tawa.
slow cook it, brush ghee and flip it
slow cook it on the other side too.
