50grams spinach leaves
50 grams onion
4 gram cashews
Salt
3-4 garlic cloves
2-3 green chilies
1/2tsp coriander pwd
1/4th tsp garam masala
1/4 th tsp jeera powder
Water
Boil soya chunks and drain the water Boil onion and cashews. Blanch spinach. Cool and puree onion cashew and spinach
In a pan add spinach puree, add spices and salt. Bring to a boil. Add boiled soya chunks. Serve with rice or roti or enjoy as it is.
