soyachunks 50gms eggs 2 oil 2gms
soak soyachunks for half an hour (you can also use soya granules) . and squeeze of excess water and add to a mixer jar and pulse, add two eggs, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, (veggies of choice if you like) . and spread on a hot greased tawa and roast on both sides.
