soya flour 20g
1 medium size onion,chilli, coriander
salt as per taste
Mix eggs, soya flour, chilli, onion, coriander and salt as per taste.
Form a consistent batter; add some amount of water if required.
Pour the mixture on the pan and cook well from both the sides.
Other veggies like capsicum, tomatoes can also be added to the mixture.
Goes well with sauce,chutney, or can be garnished with grated cheese as well.
