3 whole eggs
35 gm soya chunka
10 gm onion
3 gm oil
salt as per taste
coriander leaves
green chilies 1
soak soya chunks in hot water for mins
drain the water ans let it cool
grind the chunks in mixer jar
meanwhile mix onion, eggs, salt, coriander leaves, green chili beat well untill salt gets mix properly
add the soya paste in omlet mixture
hot the tawa and brush with oil.
pour the mixture as dosa or chilla
serve hot hot
