Soya chunks 30g
Eggs (3)
Oil 2 ml
Green chilies
Red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Garam masala
Leave soya chunks for mins in hot water
Remove soya from hot water and filter and squeeze the soya to remove water
Grind soya until it becomes solid paste
To soya add eggs and all ingredients and mix well
In a non stick pan brush oil over the surface and the batter and spread it evenly
Fry both sides and enjoy 😉
