masala oats tomato flavor 60 g or any oats

soya chunks 1 cup or 45g

carrot 50 g

tomato 2 or 80g

peas 20 g

chilli garlic paste 1 spoon

salt

oil 1/2 tsp

water 1-1.5 cup

Method

Step 1

chop carrot in and tomato small piece or grid them in grander and make puree

Step 2

heat pen and add oil

Step 3

now add puree, peas , and chilli garlic paste and boil them - minutes

Step 4

add -. cup water according to u and add soya chunks and masala oats boil them minut

Step 5

now serve and enjoy ur yummy breakfast
