Grinde soya chunks and oats and make a fine powder.
in a bowl, mix both the flour (soya+oats) and curd and Make a thick paste and keep it on rest for about minutes
after minutes add half spoon eno in the batter and greas the idli maker.
put batter in ildi maker and cook in microwave for about minutes and your idli is ready
For dal, boil channa dal in pressure cooker for about minutes
For takda- Add oil in pan, followed by jeera and onions.
once onion get tender, add tomato and spices like Salt, tumeric, red chilli powder,and garam masala and lil water
let the takda cook for - minutes and add boil dal into it
serve it hot with soya oats idli😊
