15 gm green peas
5 gm ghee
Salt n spices( Cumin seed, Turmeric powder,red chilli powder)
Rinse the rice - times than soak for mins
Soak soya chunks
Firstly ,in a cooker heat ghee and put cumin seed
Add green peas and squeezed soya chunks( you can cut them into pieces) and spices and mix well
Add water(double quantity of rice) and salt and stir well
Cover and pressure cook for whistles on medium flame.
Finally, enjoy soya matar pulao
You can add more veggie of your choice
