Soya chunks - 60 grams

Oil - 5 grams

Ginger Garlic Paste

Salt

Garam Masala

Soya sauce

Turmeric powder

Method

Step 1

Bring water to a boil and turn the gas off.

Step 2

Add the soyachunks and cover the vessel.

Step 3

Let it sit for mins.

Step 4

Heat oil and add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and Garam masala.

Step 5

Squeeze the water out of the soyachunks

Step 6

Add it to the oil.

Step 7

Add soya sauce and cook for mins.
