Soya Chunks 150 grams
20 grams of oil
Onion 50 grams
Ginger garlic paste
Chilli sauce, soya sauce and chilli powder, cornflour (1 tbsp)
Boil the soya chunks, squeeze out the water
Mix cornflour, chili powder and salt, coat the boiled soya chunks
Air fry it for minutes at degrees, brush of some oil
Meanwhile, add grams oil in the Tawa and add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste and salt
Saute for minutes and add chilli and soya sauce and fry it
Add the air-fried soya chunks to the saucepan
Fry it for mins, it releases nice aroma! Turn it off and serve!
