Soya chunks-50 g
Capsicum/onion/ bell pepper/ spring onion-50 -100 g
Corn flour- 10 g
Soya sauce -2 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Salt and pepper powder
Chopped ginger garlic green chilli - 2 tsp
Vegetable stock or water
Oil for sautéing veggies -5 g
Boil soya chunks and squeeze to remove water
Smash them and add chopped green chilli, ginger, garlic, salt , half tsp soya sauce and corn flour Make small balls
In a pan brush oil , add chopped ginger garlic green chilli and sauté onion,capsicum and bell peppers too
Add vegetable stock / water -half cup Add salt , soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and let it boil
Slower the flame and add manchurian balls slowly in the boiling gravy Cook for sometime till gravy thickns
You can add corn flour if needed
Garnish with spring onion and sprinkle pepper powder Enjoyyy!!
