Soya Granules 25 gms Rice 25 gms(raw) 5 gms ghee Chopped green chilly Chopped onion Musturd seeds 4-5 curry leaves Chopped coriander Turmeric powder Salt to taste Lemon juice
Squeeze out water from soaked soya granules and cook the rice and keep it aside.
Heat ghee then add musturd seeds along with curry leaves and chopped chilly.
Then add the chopped onion and saute it and then add turmeric powder and salt.. mix it. Then add the kept aside soya granules and rice and mix well. lastly add lemon juice and chopped coriander ..
Take out in a bowl and serve with curd.
