20 gms soya granuels
125 ml skimmed milk
Cardamom powder
Stevia/sugar free/ jaggery/ sugar- as per macros
Dry fruits as per prefernce
Soak soya granules in boiling water for minutes. Remove and wash with cold water and squeeze well
Take a wide based pan and add milk. Let it boil and keep stirring
Add soya granuels and let it cook for minutes. Add cardamom powder, stevia and dry fruits ( you can also add kesar , I skipped as was unable to find it :)
Let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate. Have it cold. Perfect to take care of your sweet craving 😊
