Soya chunks
Grind the soya chunks and make in powder of it.
I have used gm of soya chunk powder. Add hot water (/ cup approx). Mix it nicely and cover it for few minutes
Now make a small roti of it. I used plastic sheets to make roti of it
Roast it on tawa on medium to low flame just like a roti. It takes time. And voila! Your soya khakhra is ready. You can store them too.
