Boil soya chunks with salt. Squeeze and crush them in a mixer grinder
Heat gm oil in a pan and add onion and chilli. saute for - minutes till onion turns tender
add peas. add salt, kitchen king, turmeric, garam masala, red chilli as per taste. cover for - minutes
add crushed soya chunks and mix well. cover and cook for - minutes.
add tomato puree (I didn't have tomato so added tomato catchup)
serve hot with pao (buns). included macros of buns.
