Chaawal aata 5gm

Onion 30gm

Method

Step 1

Boil soya chunks

Step 2

Grind soya chunks

Step 3

Add onion salt red chilly powder and gm jwaar aata and gm rice atta

Step 4

Mix them well and make small flat balls and bake them with gm ghee.
