Soya chunks grind mixer 40 gm
Jowar 20 gm
Oil 5 gm
Half beet root , coriander,half onion,spices
Take soya flour (after doing mixer) and Jowar flour to it
Grate beetroot ,cut onion , coriander and mix well
Add some water to make the dough soft
Make two portions of the dough
Take pan and apply oil . gm on it
Press the first ball on pan and make it wide
