1) Soya chunks-50gm

2) Coriander leaves- 50gms

3) Tomato-40gm

4) Onion-40gm

5)Vegetable Oil- 5ml

6) Cabbage- 45 gms

7)Curd-1.25ml

8) Coriander Leaves-50gms

9)Schezwan Chutney- 1tbsp

Method

Step 1

)Boil Soya chunks for mins

Step 2

) Add coriander, tomato , curd and green chilli and grind to make chutney . Add water in according

Step 3

) Add oil and add soya Chunks and salt and stir fry

Step 4

) Add cabbage, onion and stir fry

Step 5

) Add the paste with schezwan chutney and serve hot
