Half TSP baking soda
Black pepper, salt.
5gm Ghee
Grind the soya chunks in blender. if you want, You can boil it and grind it in the blender
Make the batter by adding water, rice flour, black pepper and salt. Add more water if batter is too thick. You can add spices based on your comfort.
Add half tsp baking soda and mix well
Apply the ghee or oil to the idli maker. Add the batter in idli maker. Keep it on slow flame for mins and check
Soya idli is ready to eat.
