Stevia as per taste
Ghee within macros
Dry fruits: optional: use within your macros
Kesar strands:5-8
Préparation: . Heat milk and keep aside covered . Also take -ml hot milk seperately in a bowl and add few kesar strands to it and keep aside . Keep some hot water ready Steps: . Heat pan . Add ghee . Add soya granules (i used soya mince blend with one round of blender ) . Saute well till you smell the aroma and soya is well saute in ghee . Add lil hot water and mix well and saute . After a min add hot milk and mix well , add stevia and keep sauting till you get good halwa consistency . Now add kesar milk prepared earlier to this halwa . Now saute till halwa is solid . Serve hot NOTE: if you want to add dry fruits. Saute well in ghee seperately and add to halwa
