Step . Grind the Soya chunks into fine powder
step . mix sooji in the powder and whey protein as well.
Step in a pan heat ghee and add the soya sooji and when powder. roast for to minutes until color turns a little dark. Stir continuously .
Step Add milk and little water , sweetener of your choice and continue stirring until the consistency becomes a little dry.
Step Garnish with the nuts
