Soya Chunks - 100 gm

Ghee - 10 gm

Milk - 250 gm

Whey - 2 scoop

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks to make soya flour.

Step 2

Add ghee in a pan, add soya flour to bake it off. Roast it until it gets dark brown.

Step 3

Add milk and hot water.

Step 4

Add Whey protien for sweetner
