50grams Soya granules pouded or grinded to chunky powder form.
5ml ghee
1/2 tsp jeera/rai
Finely chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, tomato
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder
Boil soya granules for mins and squeeze out the water using muslin cloth.
In a pan heat ghee and add rai, jeera. Add curr leaves, onion and other vegetables. Sauté until cooked
Add spices and salt and stir
Finally add soya granules and stir for a min on low flame.
Serve hot.
