Salt 1/2 tsp
Maggie masala 5gm or black pepper ( optional )
Cilantro or palak
Boil ml water or : ratio of Soya granules
Turn off the stove and add Soya Granules in boiled water , stir for min keep it aside
In another non stick pan add ghee , once smoke comes add green chilly, mustard seeds and onion
Add veggies after onion turn golden brown , add salt, Maggie masala . Stir.
Add soya granules, stir - min . Turn off the stove . Squeeze Lemon .
