soak soya granules in plain water
add butter in pan put kari leaves and garlic
add onion and green chilly sauthe
add cabbage
after min add turmeric, salt, tomato and sauthe till tomatoes are mixed fully
drain water of soya granules and add it in pan, add lemon juice mix well n close the lid, keep in sim flame for min.
add coriander and serve hot
