Soya granules - 25g
Chillies - 1
Coriander - a few leaves
Garlic - 2 pods
Onion - 25g
Besan - 1 tbsp
Soak the soya granules in water and rest it aside for sometime
After it grows in size a little bit and becomes soft, transfer it to a mixie jar
Add chillies, coriander, garlic and any spices you like
Blend everything together with a little bit of water for batter consistency
Add tbsp of besan, salt and onions to the batter
Make a nice dosa and enjoy the dish with some calorie free sauce!
