Ghee 10g

Amchoor
Green chilli chopped
Garam masala
Grind chunks and knead a dough with wheat and pinch of salt
Make stuffing by adding Garam masla ,salt,amchoor,chilli ,grated cauliflower and keep aside
Roll two rotis of the dough and spread the stuffing on one.Cover it with other roti and seal the sides
Roll a bit to get desired thickness
Place on hot tawa and fry it using ml ghee
Serve hot
