Soaked soya chunks 100 gm Soaked long grain Basmati rice 200 gm minced onion,1big size Ginger-Garlic-Green chillpaste2Teaspoon coriander leaves chopped 2 table spoon capcicum- cabbage chopped,2tbspoon garam masala powder,1tspoon salt as per ur taste. 2/3pinch of haldi powder added to 1tblspoon water.
: Before starting,drain the soaked long grain basmati rice from water and spread them on a thali and let them air dry. : Remove water from soaked soya chunks by squeezing them tightly. : Then mince the chunks in mixer. Be careful that the minced soya should be tight and not watery. : Then add all the other ingredients to the paste . : Now make balls of the minced soya . : Roll the soya balls on the air dried basmati rice randomly. let the rice grain stick to the balls. : Put a drop of haldi water over the balls. : Now steam the balls in a idli maker or momo maker and let the flower bloom.❤️❤️
