50 gm rice

25 gm soya flour

25 gm urad daal

Method

Step 1

wash dal and rice nicely and soak it together for over night

Step 2

grind dal and rice together with adding little cold water

Step 3

mix the soya flour to this mix and add bit salt.

Step 4

heat the tawa, make it as dosa.
