moong dal 50 gram
fenugreek leaves 100 gram
capsicum 20 gram
zuchini 50 gram
ginger ,garlic, green chilli paste
oil 5 gram
Yogurt 20 gram or 1 table spoon
mustard seed,curry leaves and coriander for tadka.
Soak rice and moong dal over night.Next day make paste ,add soya chunks powder at that time.Add yougurt in it mix it well and let it rest for atleast hour.After that add chopped veggies in it and mix well.Add pinch of soda in better mix slowly and gently in one direction. Pour better in steam plate and place this plate in dhokla steamer for to minutes. make tadka from oil.Heat oil and add mustard seeds,curry leaves and coriander . granish your dhokla and Enjoy it.
