boiled potatoes 100gm
moong dal flour 25 gm
ghee / oil 10gm
1 medium size onion and tomato, corainder and spices as per choice
ginger garlic paste
Heat ghee/oil in a pot :add cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste and coriander and saute well.
Add soya chunks, chopped tomato and water to the mixture. Let the soya chunks cook for -min on a high flame.
Add boiled potatoes, moong dal flour, spices, salt as per taste and cook the gravy for another - min.
Note: Any dal can be used ; tastes better if we roast it and then grate to make flour.
