Mix Daal : 60gms
Rava : 10gms
Keora Water : 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder, Red chilli Powder , Salt as per your taste
Ghee : 15gms
Boil Soya chunks and Daal and then Drain out the water from it. . Grind all the mixture . Add Rava for binding. . Add the spices as per your taste . Add Keora water . Make the tikkis and then shallow fry it on non stick tawa using ghee
