Soya-30g Curd-50g Tomato-1 big Oil-5g Onion- half Chillies- 2
Boil water and put the soya and let it boil for to minutes . Turn off the flame, drain and squeeze the soya . Add curd, chilli powder, salt and turmeric and marinate for min . Put a pan on stove and add oil . Once the oil is heated, add onion slices and fry thoroughly . Then add tomato puree and fry it till the oil separates . Then add some more chilli powder, chillies and salt if you want it more spicy . Add the marinated soya, mix properly and add tbsp of water, mix again and cover the lid . Let it boil for minutes and turn off the flame and serve with roti or pulav
