Grate the cucumbers and squeeze the water out. Keep the water aside. . Add soya chunks powder and any spices you like. I have added salt, green chili, chat masala, pinch of red chili and ajwain. . Make dough of it. No need of water as cucumber already has a lot of water. . Cover it keep it for - mins. . After mins- heat the pan and make small tikkis of it and roast them on low flame. Brush ghee on the tikkis. Cucumber water- add black salt and lemon to it to make cooler drink.
