Blend gms sugar with gms of ghee till it become light.
in another bowl mix gms of soy flour, gms of each chickpea flour (besan) , wholewheat flour and rawan. Add half tsp of baking powder and baking soda
Mix dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients, add little water if required.
make a soft dough.
Divide in equal parts and bake in airfryer.
