30 grms soya chunks 1 capsicum 1onion 5 grm beans 10 grm peanuts (optional) masalas: salt, black pepper,king masala 10 grm ghee 20 grm paneer
soak soya chunks in water, cut all veggies like onion,beans,capsicum and paneer .take pan heat ghee and stir fry all veggies one by one and after stir fry add soaked soya chunks and mix with masalas. after to minutes serve it with crunchy peanuts and coriander. thnks..🙂
