Ingredients

Milk - 300 ml

Whey PROTIEN - 35 gm

Soya chunks - 30 gm

Wheat Flour - 40 gm

Potato - 30 gm

Ghee - 5 gm

Method

Step 1

Mix whey protein in hot Milk and shake it well for your milk shake.

Step 2

Grind the soya chunks

Step 3

Mix it with wheat flour

Step 4

Add Potato fillings in the Prantha

Step 5

Serve it hot with the hot milk.
