✡bring water to boil and add soya chunks and boil for a minute.. cover a set aside for mins
add oil to pan, temper mustard and chilli add salt and spices to the oil so that it mixes evenly
squeeze out water and shred soya chunks or give a quick pulse in blender
add the shredded chunks to pan and give a quick toss
add broken wheat and toss untill u see broken wheat getting crunchy
add curd and quickly toss in simmer
tastes best when spicy and consumed hot
