Soya sauce

Method

Step 1

Cook the Soya chunks first.

Step 2

Stir fry the veggies in oil.

Step 3

Add the spices and sauces to the veggies.

Step 4

Add the Soya chunks to the stir fried veggies and let it cook for a while.

Step 5

You could add more sauces if they fit in your macros.
