Soak soya nuggets in hot water for - minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water. Let them cool.
Dice cucumber into small pieces.In a bowl, mix the cooled soya nuggets, cucumber, onion(optional) and yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and serve chilled.
