Soya chunks flour 50 gm Wheat flour 30 gm Curd 100 gm Ghee 5 gm Lauki 100 gm

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks make flour of it, mix it well with wheat flour and knead and make paratha For raita grate lauki add it to boiling water for minute and take out , spread it to cool down Mix with curd add jeera powder and salt to taste And it’s ready
