30 gms Soya chunks 1/2 tomato 1/2 onion 1 bay leaf 2 black pepper 2 cloves 1 black cardamom 2 garlic pods 1/2 inch ginger 10 gms ghee Turmeric, red chilli, dhaniya powder, salt, kasuri methi, garam masala as per your choice
. Boil soya chunks and drain out . In a mixie jar add tomato, garlic and ginger and blend to smooth paste. . In a pan add ghee and whole masala . Add onions and fry it till raw smells goes . Add tomato paste and add salt and rest of the dry masala (except kasuri methi and garam masala) . Let the tomato cook well . Add soya chunks and add water . Cover and let it cook . Add little kasuri methi and garam masala powder. Serve with roti or rice
