100 grm soya chunks

4 table spoon Butter

1 Onion

1 tomato

salt

1/2 lemon

Chaat Masala

black pepper 1/4

1 gree chilly

Method

Step 1

Dry roast soya chunks grm in table spoon butter. Ensure you add butter slowly and not all spoons are poured in go.

Step 2

add fine chopped onion, green chilly, tomato and half lemon.

Step 3

add / table spoon of salt, / table spoon of chast masala and black pepper pinch.
