50 gms Soya chunks powdered

60 GM's of Rawa

60 gms of curd

Chopped veggies of your choice (Carrot, capsicum, onion etc)

Salt to taste

5 GM's of oil for tadka( curry leaves & rye) and greasing the mold

2gms of Eno

Method

Step 1

Take Powdered Soya chunks & Rawa mix them well

Step 2

Add all veggies & curd

Step 3

Maintain consistency with water

Step 4

Add tadka and grease the mold

Step 5

Mix Eno & pour in the mold

Step 6

Microwave for mins

Step 7

Enjoy with Peanut Chutney or Sambhar.
