100 gm Curd
1 cucumber (medium size)
1 tomato (medium size)
1 cup mixed veg (bell peppers yellow/red and cabbage)
1 tsp cumin powder (jeera)
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
5 gm oil
Few twigs of Coriander & mint
Salt to taste
Soak Soya chunks in boiled water and squeeze the excess water. Now marinate soya chunks with curd, pepper powder, jeera Powder, mix herbs and salt. Now refrigerate it for half an hour Chop bell pepper & cabbage Add oil in a pan and put bell pepper & cabbage, pepper powder, Jeera powder and salt. Sauté it for a minute. Now assemble marinated Soya chunks, bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, coriander,mint and all the spices.. Mix it well and serve it cold.
