60g Soya chunk flour

60g Rice flour

5ml Ghee

Cardamom powder for smell and taste

Method

Step 1

Dry roast Soya chunk flour and Rice flour in pan with salt for taste (You can add sugar/stevia also if you like, but calories changes accordingly)

Step 2

Add little cardamom powder to the mix for taste and smell

Step 3

Add ml ghee, sprinkle some water and make a medium size balls and cook it in a steam cooker.

Step 4

High protein Soya chunk flour kolukattai is ready for evening snack.
