Boil gm raw Soya chunks . Squeeze the water out of boiled Soya chunks and chop it to smaller pieces . Mix the Soya chunks with salt. For seasoning, get creative. Add italion seasoning and chilli flakes or just chilli powder or onion and green chillies as per your wish. . Heat the tawa with oil (I use gingley oil and it tastes better for me) . Add the Soya chunk mix on the tawa and dry roast it in minimum flame for to minutes
