INGREDIENTS- Soya chunks, paneer, vegetables - gms each Butter - gms . Soft cooked broccoli and soya chunks in boiling water with some salt for - minutes . Drain the water from soya and broccoli and marinate it with salt, pepper, chili powder, chickpea flour and some lemon and let it sit for minutes . Fry green chillies and battered soya and broccoli until they are golden brown . Add paneer and onions and stir fry until they are golden brown as well . In the end add capsicum and sauté with some salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and chili sauce.
