Soya chunks- 50gm
Coconut oil - 5gm
Peanuts- 10gm
Almonds- 5gm
Jaggery- 20gm
Honey - 10gm
Sesame seeds- 2gm
In a pan, dry roast the soya chunks, let it cool down and then grind it in the mixer to get the powder.
Then, dry roast the peanuts and almonds and remove the outer skin of peanuts and then split it into half. Cut the almonds as well into pieces.
Add coconut oil to the pan and add soya powder, almonds and peanuts and let it sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add jaggery and honey and tbsp of water and mix all well until combined nicely. Lay it out in any mould and tap it with back of spoon. Sprinkle sesame seeds and press once more. Let cool down and then cut into pieces and yay it’s ready😋
